Registration Guidelines

All Registrations Are Done Through the Website Only.

  2. 2. Initiate Registration: On the conference website, locate and click on the "Register" button to start the registration process.
  3. 3. Create Login Credentials: You will be prompted to create a new account. Fill in the required details.
    4. 4. Note Your Login Details:
      After successfully creating your account, make sure to note down your login credentials (username and password).
      These details will be essential for accessing further communications and managing your registration.
      If you encounter any issues during the registration process, refer to the help section on the website or contact the conference support team for assistance.
  4. 5. Payment Methods: Payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
  5. 6. Confirmation of registration: Upon successful payment of the registration fee, delegates will receive the receipt with a unique registration ID in your login page.

  6. 8. Delegate Attendance: Only registered individuals are permitted to attend the convention. Substitution or replacement of registered delegates is not allowed.
    7. 9. Registration Charges Inclusive of:
      Access to all scientific sessions
      Participation in poster competitions
      Participation in cultural competition
      Entry to the trade exhibition
      Lunch and dinner on August 9th, 2024
      Breakfast and Lunch on August 10th, 2024
  7. 10. The registration fee does not cover entry to pre-convention courses.
  8. 11. By registering for the conference, delegates agree to adhere to the conference code of conduct, which promotes respectful and professional behavior towards all participants and organizing members. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action.
